Creating a meaningful jewelry piece is a thoughtful journey.
At ONE·ONE, each project follows a clear and personal process designed to guide you from the first idea to the finished piece with clarity and confidence.
STEP 01
Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation.
We discuss your inspiration, preferences, and budget to understand the vision behind the piece. Consultations can take place in person or remotely, allowing clients worldwide to work together easily.
STEP 02
Design Direction
Once the vision is clear, we define the design direction together.
This includes the diamond shape, approximate size, setting style, and metal preference. At this stage we establish the concept of the piece and an estimated budget range.
STEP 03
Diamond Selection
Based on the design direction, diamonds or gemstones are sourced through trusted suppliers.
Each stone is carefully evaluated to ensure the right balance of beauty, quality, and value. Natural diamonds are offered with GIA certification, while lab-grown diamonds are offered with IGI certification.
STEP 04
Final Design
Once the stone is selected, the final design of the piece is created.
A technical design (CAD) is developed to ensure the proportions and setting perfectly match the selected stone. At this stage the final price of the piece is confirmed.
STEP 05
Project Confirmation
To begin production, a 50% deposit is required.
This secures the selected stone and allows the creation process to begin.
Payments can be made via:

• card payment
• cash in Dubai
STEP 06
Creation
The jewelry piece is crafted by experienced jewelers using refined techniques and high-quality materials.
Production typically takes 10–14 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
STEP 07
Delivery
Once the piece is completed, it is carefully prepared and presented to the client.
For international clients, secure worldwide delivery is available. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece.
Because each piece is created specifically for the client, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
